June 27th<\/span> of the current year 2025<\/span>,<\/span> the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus<\/span>, <\/span>the <\/span>Friday <\/span>next <\/span>to the octave of Corpus Christi, as established in 1856 by Blessed Pope Pius IX, <\/span>in response to the request that the same <\/span>Jesus<\/span> made Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque of institute<\/span>go to<\/span> a feast to honor his Heart and to make reparation, through prayer, for the offenses he receives.<\/span><\/p>\n

Devotion to the Sacred Heart <\/span>has its foundations<\/span> in Christianity <\/span>of the early years<\/span>. August 31, 1670<\/span>,<\/span> the French priest St. John Eudes, by divine inspiration, celebrated the first feast of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and introduced its liturgical worship together with that of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.<\/span><\/p>\n

In Valladolid, Spain, is the National Basilica of the Great Promise, where the apparition of the Sacred Heart of Jesus to Blessed Bernardo de Hoyos is remembered and guarded. This temple also houses an image of the Virgin of Guadalupe of Mexico. <\/span>together with the set of coats of arms of <\/span>the <\/span>countries that, <\/span>in the time of Bernardo de Hoyos<\/span>, <\/span>Kingdom of Spain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. David Vegue Corbacho<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dr. <\/span>David <\/span>Vegue<\/span> Corbacho<\/span>, has had experience of five years<\/span><\/span> as a teacher in Spanish public schools at the <\/span>s<\/span>Secondary and <\/span>b<\/span>achillerato. As a lecturer, since 1998 he has given lectures in Spain and Mexico on philosophical, theological, humanistic and educational topics. On a private level, since August <\/span>year <\/span>2000 works as a career professor at the <\/span><\/span>Anahuac Mayab University<\/span><\/span><\/a>,<\/span> teaching Humanities classes for undergraduate students of all careers and postgraduate classes at master's and doctoral level for Education and Humanities programs. In this same university he is Coordinator of Humanities Graduate Studies and professor in two generations of the Master in Human Sciences, and four Diplomas: Great Religions, Myths and Realities of the History of the Church, Religious Art and Ancient Humanism.<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
