Preparatory prayer\u00a0<\/strong>(to put me in the presence of God)<\/em> Gospel of the day\u00a0<\/strong>(to guide your meditation)<\/em> Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel<\/strong><\/p>\n Gracias, Se\u00f1or, por esta oportunidad de encontrarme contigo, quiero poner en tus manos todo lo que llevo en el coraz\u00f3n, las alegr\u00edas y las tristezas. Quiero estar en tu presencia como el ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o que se siente protegido y amado por la sola presencia de su Padre.<\/p>\n A veces me siento un poco dividido, T\u00fa sabes c\u00f3mo funciona este mundo; sabes que los valores que promueve son diametralmente opuestos a lo que T\u00fa me propones y sabes, sobre todo, cu\u00e1nto cuesta mantenerse fiel a Ti, sobre todo cuando eso significa ir en contra de las modas y los criterios mundanos.<\/p>\n Te pido me ayudes a ser aut\u00e9ntico hasta las \u00faltimas consecuencias, as\u00ed como T\u00fa lo fuiste. T\u00fa sabes que una de mis luchas m\u00e1s grandes es la coherencia entre lo que hago, lo que digo y lo que soy. Sabes cu\u00e1ntas veces me ha vencido el respeto humano y el miedo al qu\u00e9 dir\u00e1n. Necesito que me ayudes a ser fuerte. Haz que me d\u00e9 cuenta de que al final lo \u00fanico que importa y me define es qui\u00e9n soy yo frente a Ti<\/p>\n Haz que sea consciente de que no todo depende de m\u00ed y que no estoy solo en esta lucha constante, estoy contigo. Dame la gracia de estar cierto de cu\u00e1nto me amas y de que nunca me dejas solo, aun cuando yo as\u00ed lo sienta. Jes\u00fas, te amo, gracias por amarme tanto.<\/p>\n \u00abPero en medio del torbellino, el cristiano no debe perder la esperanza, pensando en haber sido abandonado. Jes\u00fas nos tranquiliza diciendo: \u00abHasta los cabellos de vuestra cabeza est\u00e1n todos contados\u00bb (Mateo 10, 30). Como diciendo que ninguno de los sufrimientos del hombre, ni siquiera los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y escondidos, son invisibles ante los ojos de Dios. Dios ve, y seguramente protege; y donar\u00e1 su recompensa. \nConc\u00e9deme, Se\u00f1or, la gracia de experimentar tu amor y fidelidad; que sean mi fortaleza y seguridad ante todo peligro, prueba y dificultad que se presente en mi vida.<\/p>\n

\nAt that time, Jesus said to his apostles: \u201cThe disciple is not more than the master, nor the servant more than his lord. It is enough for the disciple to be like his master and the servant like his lord. If they have called the master of the house Satan, what will they not say of his servants?
\nFear not men. There is nothing hidden that will not be discovered; there is nothing secret that will not be known. What I tell you at night, repeat in the daytime, and what I tell you in your ear, proclaim from the housetops.
