He was born on November 26, 1971 in Mexico City and was consecrated on September 29, 1991. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad An\u00e1huac M\u00e9xico, a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the Ateneo Regina Apostolorum and a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez. He was general prefect of discipline and assistant director of Dublin Oak Academy, formator of consecrated laity, director of administration and finance at the University of Mayab, has supported in the territorial administration of the territory of Mexico and at the general level, director of the youth section of Regnum Christi in Leon, youth formator in Chile, director of the formation center for consecrated laity in Mexico and director of the community of Rome and territorial manager of the program of Regnum Christi collaborators in the territories of Mexico and Monterrey. From 2012 to date he has been general councilor of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi.
