\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Preparatory prayer <\/strong>(to put me in the presence of God)<\/em><\/p>\n Jes\u00fas, te ofrezco este momento de oraci\u00f3n. Ilum\u00edname y dame tu amor, porque sabes que, sin tu luz, no puedo rezar. Y sin tu amor, mi amor es vac\u00edo. Aumenta mi fe, mi esperanza y mi caridad.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Gospel of the day <\/strong>(to guide your meditation)<\/em><\/p>\n From the Holy Gospel according to Mark 1:40-45<\/p>\n At that time, a leper came to Jesus and begged him on his knees, \u201cIf you are willing, you can heal me.\u201d Jesus had compassion on him, and reaching out his hand, he touched him and said, \u201cYes, I will: heal!\u201d Immediately the leprosy was removed from him and he was cleansed.<\/p>\n When Jesus sent him away, he sternly commanded him, \u201dTell no one; but for the record, go and present yourself to the priest and offer for your purification the things prescribed by Moses\".<\/p>\n But that man began to spread the fact so much that Jesus could no longer enter openly into the city, but remained outside, in solitary places, where people came to him from everywhere.<\/p>\n Word of the Lord.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00bfQui\u00e9n es el justo capaz de mantenerse de pie delante de Dios? Cada uno tiene sus lepras, unas m\u00e1s p\u00fatridas, otras m\u00e1s livianas. \u00bfQui\u00e9n podr\u00e1 mantener la mirada fija en los ojos de nuestro Se\u00f1or? Aquel que conf\u00eda en su misericordia y lava sus heridas en la Sangre del Cordero.<\/p>\n Ojal\u00e1 nunca perdamos esa sencillez y confianza de pedir perd\u00f3n y volver a empezar. El Se\u00f1or ama nuestra imperfecci\u00f3n y nos hace destinatarios privilegiados de su misericordia. No se trata de amar nuestro pecado de por s\u00ed, sino sus consecuencias cuando nos dejamos limpiar por la gracia.<\/p>\n \u00abJes\u00fas, l\u00e1vame si quieres\u00bb. Puede que pensemos que nuestro Se\u00f1or nos podr\u00eda haber evitado el pecado y nos olvidamos de que \u00c9l tampoco lo quiere. Si bien lo ha permitido, nos ofrece la redenci\u00f3n. S\u00f3lo espera que se lo pidamos, necesitados.<\/p>\n Reconozcamos nuestra lepra con humildad, y confiemos en que Dios nos quiere siempre, tanto cuando nos vamos como cuando volvemos. \u00c9l espera. Pid\u00e1mosle que nos abra el coraz\u00f3n a la acci\u00f3n del Esp\u00edritu Santo y nos abra los ojos para reconocer su Amor, para reconocer nuestra val\u00eda y su sue\u00f1o sobre nosotros.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00abEl leproso, con su oraci\u00f3n sencilla y milagrosa, logr\u00f3 obtener la curaci\u00f3n gracias a la compasi\u00f3n de Jes\u00fas, que nos ama incluso en el pecado. \u00c9l no se averg\u00fcenza de nosotros. “Oh padre, yo soy un pecador, \u00bfc\u00f3mo ir\u00e9 a decir esto?” \u00a1Mejor! Porque \u00c9l vino precisamente por nosotros los pecadores, y cuanto m\u00e1s grande pecador t\u00fa eres, m\u00e1s cerca de ti est\u00e1 el Se\u00f1or, porque vino por ti, el m\u00e1s grande pecador, por m\u00ed, el m\u00e1s grande pecador, por todos nosotros. Tengamos la costumbre de repetir esta oraci\u00f3n, siempre: “Se\u00f1or, si quieres, puedes”. Si quieres, puedes”, con la confianza de que el Se\u00f1or est\u00e1 cerca de nosotros y su compasi\u00f3n tomar\u00e1 sobre s\u00ed nuestros problemas, nuestros pecados, nuestras enfermedades interiores, todo.\u00bb<\/p>\n (Homil\u00eda de S.S.
