Cuando Jes\u00fas vio que Natanael se acercaba, dijo: &#8220;Este es un verdadero israelita en el que no hay doblez&#8221;. Natanael le pregunt\u00f3: &#8220;\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde me conoces?&#8221;. Jes\u00fas le respondi\u00f3: &#8220;Antes de que Felipe te llamara, te vi cuando estabas debajo de la higuera&#8221;. Respondi\u00f3 Natanael: &#8220;Maestro, t\u00fa eres el Hijo de Dios, t\u00fa eres el rey de Israel&#8221;. Jes\u00fas le contest\u00f3: &#8220;T\u00fa crees, porque te he dicho que te vi debajo de la higuera. Mayores cosas has de ver&#8221;. Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adi\u00f3: &#8220;Yo les aseguro que ver\u00e1n el cielo abierto y a los \u00e1ngeles de Dios subir y bajar sobre el Hijo del hombre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>Word of the Lord.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Natanael se sorprendi\u00f3 que Jes\u00fas supiera todo de \u00e9l. &#8220;\u00c9ste es un verdadero israelita en el que no hay doblez&#8221;. Muchas veces, debido a nuestra falta de fe, a nuestra naturaleza humana tan limitada, nos cuesta trabajo pensar que Cristo realmente piense particularmente en cada uno de nosotros. Sin embargo, vemos que no es as\u00ed. Jes\u00fas sabe como me encuentro en este momento presente que leo esta meditaci\u00f3n; me llama por mi nombre; me ama tal cual soy, y se llena de ilusi\u00f3n pensando en todo el bien que podr\u00eda hacer con tan s\u00f3lo ser un poco m\u00e1s d\u00f3cil a su llamada, que todos los d\u00edas sale a mi encuentro.<\/p>\n<p>Jes\u00fas se manifiesta en las cosas simples, le gusta hacerse presente en la persona que est\u00e1 por salirme al encuentro; de hecho le encantar\u00eda que yo sea su rostro para tantas personas que encontrar\u00e9 hoy en mi camino.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e9 hermoso que Jes\u00fas pensar\u00e1 de nosotros al final de este d\u00eda &#8220;\u00c9ste es un verdadero israelita en el que no hay doblez&#8221;, es decir, ser cristianos de una sola pieza, ser otros Cristos para los dem\u00e1s, vivir abnegados y buscar en todo la mayor gloria de Dios.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abNosotros cristianos por la fe, tenemos al Esp\u00edritu Santo dentro de nosotros, que nos hace ver y escuchar la verdad de Jes\u00fas, que ha muerto por nuestros pecados y ha resucitado. Esto, por lo tanto, es el anuncio de la vida cristiana: \u00a1Cristo est\u00e1 vivo! \u00a1Cristo ha resucitado! Cristo est\u00e1 entre nosotros en la comunidad, nos acompa\u00f1a en el camino. Y no obstante la fatiga que a veces hacemos para comprender, una de las dimensiones de la vida cristiana es precisamente esta: el anuncio. Lo entendemos bien por el pasaje de la Escritura donde se lee que Juan afirm\u00f3: &#8220;Lo que hemos o\u00eddo, lo que hemos visto con nuestros ojos, lo que contemplamos y tocaron nuestras manos&#8221;. Como si dijera: Cristo resucitado es una realidad y yo doy testimonio de esto\u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\n(Homil\u00eda de S.S.
