I trust in your help. I trust in your presence. I trust that you are with me at every moment.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Gospel of the day<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><em>(to guide your meditation)<br \/>\n<\/em>From the Holy Gospel according to Luke 16:9-15<\/p>\n<p>En aquel tiempo Jes\u00fas dijo a sus disc\u00edpulos: &#8220;Con el dinero tan lleno de injusticias, g\u00e1nense amigos que, cuando ustedes mueran, los reciban en el cielo. El que es fiel en las cosas peque\u00f1as, tambi\u00e9n es fiel en las grandes; y el que es infiel en las cosas peque\u00f1as, tambi\u00e9n es infiel en las grandes. Si ustedes no son fieles administradores del dinero, tan lleno de injusticias, \u00bfqui\u00e9n les confiar\u00e1 los bienes verdaderos? Y si no han sido fieles en lo que no es de ustedes, \u00bfqui\u00e9n les confiar\u00e1 lo que s\u00ed es de ustedes No hay criado que pueda servir a dos amos, pues odiar\u00e1 a uno y amar\u00e1 al otro, o se apegar\u00e1 al primero y despreciar\u00e1 al segundo. En resumen, no pueden ustedes servir a Dios y al dinero&#8221;. Al o\u00edr todas estas cosas, los fariseos, que son amantes del dinero, se burlaban de Jes\u00fas. Pero \u00e9l les dijo: &#8220;Ustedes pretenden pasar por justos delante de los hombres; pero Dios conoce sus corazones, y lo que es muy estimable para los hombres es detestable para Dios&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><em>Word of the Lord.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jesus\u201c message is not an earthly message. However, his message continues to be directed towards men and women on earth. We live in the world and here God came to become man. He did not come to reveal to us a human doctrine, but a divine one. A doctrine that goes beyond everything created, but without excluding it. A doctrine that, from here, leads us to Him. A doctrine that teaches us a new \u201dmaster\u201c. Not external, alien or strange to us, but one who can live in us. A message that we can \u201dincarnate\" in every instant. One that, although not earthly, has its efficacy in the heart of every man and woman here and now.<\/p>\n<p>We can live this message full of hope. Jesus shows us: this message is not only to be enjoyed in the future life, we can live it now. We don't have to wait to get to heaven to know what goodness is. We don't have to wait for heaven to experience love. We don't have to wait to get to heaven to appreciate beauty.<\/p>\n<p>In every instant we can touch eternity. Christ offers us his help to reach it. He accompanies us. He gives us the freedom to want it. We will live the fullness in heaven, but already on earth we can discover it. Dust and ashes will cease to be our masters. God will become the only motive of our heart.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00abRiches are good when they are placed at the service of the neighbor, otherwise they are iniquitous. Therefore, money must serve, rather than rule. This is a key principle: money must serve rather than govern. Money is only a technical instrument of intermediation, of comparison of values and rights, of fulfillment of obligations and of savings. Like any technique, money does not have a neutral value, but acquires value according to the purpose and circumstances in which it is used\u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\n(Homily of H.H. Francis, November 17, 2016).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Dialogue with Christ<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>This is the most important part of your prayer, prepare yourself to talk with much love with the One who loves you.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Propose a personal one.
