The International Trainers Course 2025 (IFC), is a program aimed at young people between 18 and 26 years of age with apostolic and formative responsibilities, which will take place in Europe during the month of July 2025. For men, The course will be held from July 4 to 26 in Rome and France. For women, will be held from July 5 to 27 in Rome and Lourdes, France. This course seeks to train young people in a leadership role that inspirese and guide others in their apostolic mission.
IFC helps young people to deepen their mission
Fr. Pablo Solis, L.C., is the current regional director of the Legionaries of Christ in the territory of Chile-Argentina and with experience in youth ministry as director of the youth section in Valencia, Spain; also in México Poniente and later as territorial director of youth ministry in the territory of Mexico and Central America. He believes that the IFC offers a valuable experience for participants. Fr. Pablo has seen firsthand that «ahe young person who has taken the IFC course brings a lot to the locality and to his section, as the experience of the international course helps them to deepen the identity and mission of the Regnum Christi as a spiritual family and apostolic body at the service of the Church».
In addition, Fr. Solis underlines the importance of this course to face the current challenges: «We need to form ourselves better for the mission which is very demanding, especially with today's cultural changes. Also because it allows us to have a greater vision of what we are and what we are called to do.».
El International Course for Trainers seeks to prepare the young people in integral leadership so that transmitan the mission in their localities. According to issue 36 of los Bylawss of the Federation Regnum Christi: «The Federation promotes the formation of formators because it recognizes that deep, lasting and dynamic apostolic action requires people who are prepared to form, guide and inspire others.».

The IFC formation program is structured around four essential areas: human, spiritual, intellectual and apostolic. Each of these aspects is worked on through contents and tools designed to offer a complete and solid training.
The course is aimed at young people between the ages of 18 and 26, both men and women, who have apostolic and formative responsibilities within the Regnum Christi. The goal is that these young people can deepen their relationship with Christ and develop positive leadership in the service of the Church.
In addition to providing theoretical knowledge, the IFC seeks to provide participants with an authentic and transforming encounter with their apostolic vocation, allowing them to discover their qualities, identify areas for improvement and better understand the challenges facing the Church in the contemporary world.

The International Course for Trainers is developed in two modalities with specific calendars and different training locations. For men, the course will be held from July 4 to July 26, 2025., in Rome (modules 1, 2 and 3) and in France (module 4).
For its part, the course for women will be held from July 5 to 27, 2025., with modules distributed between Rome (modules 1, 2, 3 and 5) and Lourdes, France (module 4). This format allows for an enriching experience in settings of deep spiritual significance.
