Señor, gracias por estar siempre abierto a recibirme. ¡Tanto me quieres, Señor! Enséñame a creer en tanto amor. Enséñame, mi Dios.

Lectura del santo Evangelio según san Juan 16, 12-15
At that time, Jesus said to his disciples: “I still have many things to tell you, but you cannot yet understand them. But when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth, for he will not speak on his own, but will tell you what he has heard and will declare to you the things that will take place. He will glorify me, for he will first receive from me what he will communicate to you. All that the Father has is mine. That is why I said that he will take what is mine and pass it on to you.

Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel
Señor, aumenta mi fe. Quiero vivir siempre dispuesto a percibir tu voz. Tu espíritu habla, sopla, susurra. Mi corazón busca estar dispuesto, con un oído agudo, con la intención abierta a amar. Un tiempo, Cristo hecho carne habitó en este mundo; en estos días es el Espíritu que vuelve a «aletear» sobre la tierra «para guiarnos hasta la verdad plena».
El alma debe estar abierta para acogerlo. Dios revela, pero el hombre sigue siendo autónomo. El Espíritu se ofrece a entrar en mi interior, pero soy yo quien lo recibe. Gracia y libertad. Misterio oscuro, grande, sublime.
Te pido la gracia, Dios mío, de ser verdadera morada de tu Espíritu. Que mi cuerpo, mi corazón, todo mi ser se encuentre limpio. Digno, preparado cada instante para que en mí more mi Dios. Que tenga asiduo trato con la Eucaristía, con la confesión, con la Santa Misa, con cuanto Tú has dispuesto para ayudar al alma a vivir en tu presencia.
Sea así, Señor. En tus manos.

No se trata de doctrinas nuevas y especiales, sino de una plena comprensión de todo lo que el Hijo oyó del Padre y dio a conocer a los discípulos. El Espíritu nos guía por nuevas situaciones existenciales con una mirada dirigida a Jesús y, al mismo tiempo, abierto a los eventos y al futuro. Él nos ayuda a caminar en la historia firmemente radicados en el Evangelio y también con dinámica fidelidad a nuestras tradiciones y costumbres».
