Thy Kingdom come!
Preparatory prayer (to put me in the presence of God)
Thank you, Lord, for having introduced you into my life. Thank you for showing me. Thank you for showing me that you love me. You are often the reason that drives me to keep standing. You are the strength that makes me stand up. You are my God who sustains me.
Gospel of the day (to guide your meditation)
From the Holy Gospel according to St. Luke 9:1-6
At that time, Jesus gathered the Twelve together and gave them power and authority over all kinds of demons and to cure diseases. Then he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick, saying to them, “Take nothing for the journey: neither staff nor bag, neither bread nor money; neither take a spare tunic. Stay in the house you enter until you leave that place. And if anyone does not welcome you, when you leave that town, shake the dust off your feet, to prove his guilt.” So they set out and went from village to village, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere.
Word of the Lord
Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel
It is difficult to judge about oneself. Especially in moments where confusion reigns. I am currently confused, I have these problems, this person worries me, I haven't accomplished this or that and my feelings drive me around. I lack peace. I don't know if I am able to stop for a moment. Life is taking me. Life is living me. I have no answers and I have tried so many resources to solve my life, my doubts, my problems... but nothing is enough to find an answer.
You asked me not to carry a saddlebag, nor a staff, nor bread, nor money. You asked me not to cling to the things of this world. Not to make them my gods. Not to make them my answers. Today I look at my life once again, what are my securities, what am I pursuing, why do I find myself again and again far from you? I look for my happiness, I look for my security in my work, in my belongings... even in people...
But You come and tell me “you need only me”, “only I will be able to fill you”, “only in me will you be free”, “only in me can you truly love”, “only in me will you find the security that never breaks”. Harsh words for me... Should I perhaps separate myself from all my possessions, separate myself from people, eliminate every desire that is not You...?
You share with me only one answer: if You are at the center of my heart, then I can decide to continue my life as before, but no longer with confidence in anything but You. And in you to dispose of everything, in you to love everyone, from you every choice; from you I will truly be able to love.
«There is no such thing as a Christian mission characterized by tranquility! Difficulties and tribulations are part of the work of evangelization, and we are called to find in them the occasion to verify the authenticity of our faith and of our relationship with Jesus. We must consider these difficulties as an opportunity to be even more missionary and to grow in trust in God, our Father, who does not abandon his children in times of storm.

Dialogue with Christ
This is the most important part of your prayer, prepare yourself to talk with much love with the One who loves you.
Purpose
Propose a personal one. The one that involves the most love in response to the Beloved... or, if you believe that this is what God is asking of you, live what is suggested below.
Today I will spend some time in prayer and review how close I am to God and how I can strengthen my relationship with Him.
Farewell
Christ, our King!
Thy Kingdom come!
Most prudent Virgin, Mary, Mother of the Church.
Pray for us.
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
