Preparatory prayer (to put me in the presence of God)
Your grace is sufficient for me, Lord. If I do not feel capable of praying, capable of placing myself at this moment in your presence, your grace is enough for me. I welcome it with my sincere heart, simple and full of trust in you.
Gospel of the day (to guide your meditation)
From the Holy Gospel according to St. Matthew 13:31-35
At that time, Jesus proposed this other parable to the crowd: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a man sows in his garden. Surely it is the smallest of all seeds, but when it grows, it becomes greater than vegetables and becomes a bush, so that the birds come and make their nests in the branches.” He also told them another parable: ‘The kingdom of heaven is like a little yeast that a woman took and mixed with three measures of flour, and the whole lump leavened. Jesus told the crowd all these things in parables, and without parables he told them nothing, so that what the prophet said might be fulfilled: I will open my mouth and speak to them in parables; I will declare what has been hidden from the creation of the world.

Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel
One day you placed a very small seed in me, Lord.
So many sowers have passed through my life. So many seeds have fallen into my heart. Some have grown without my realizing it. Others I have cultivated myself. Still others have been made to grow by others. Sometimes they are seeds of virtue, seeds of illusions, seeds of fears, of traumas, of desires. Some have given leafy trees, others thorns. Some have already died, others are being born. Among all the seeds, however, there is a special one. It is the best. Even if it is still small. It is called the seed of the Kingdom. Of a Kingdom of love. Of the Kingdom of Christ. It is not only desire, it is not only illusion, it is not only uncertainty; it is all that and much more. She is the one that gives life. It is the one that requires much water, much effort, much space in the heart... for it is the only one that will fill it completely. The seed is true. It exists in me, God has placed it.
Lord, how have I cultivated it, how have I let you cultivate it? Once again I renew my trust in you and I surrender myself to you again, knowing that you will make the seed of the Kingdom that you have sown in me bear fruit.
«We are sinners, it comes from there, but we have a great horizon-[this attitude] is precisely the act of faith in the power of the Lord: the Lord can, the Lord is able. And our littleness is the seed, the small seed, which then germinates, grows, the Lord waters it and it comes forth. But the sense of littleness is precisely the first step of trust in the power of God. Go, go forward on this path».

Dialogue with Christ
This is the most important part of your prayer, prepare yourself to talk with much love with the One who loves you.
Purpose
Propose a personal one. The one that involves the most love in response to the Beloved... or, if you believe that this is what God is asking of you, live what is suggested below.
Today I will review my attitudes before the grace of God in order to discover some desire in my heart that perhaps does not correspond to Love. If I discover in me some noble and good desire, can I carry it forward and make it grow? I ask for the grace, Lord, to be able to look at my heart with sincerity and trust.
