From the Holy Gospel according to St. Mark 3, 7-12
At that time Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the seashore, followed by a crowd of Galileans. A great multitude, coming from Judea and Jerusalem, from Idumea and Transjordan, and from the part of Tyre and Sidon, having heard what Jesus was doing, came to where he was. Then Jesus begged his disciples to get him a boat to get into it, because the crowd was so great that it was about to crush him. Jesus had healed many, so that all who were suffering from any disease came to him to touch him. When those possessed by unclean spirits saw him, they threw themselves at his feet and cried out, “You are the Son of God”. But Jesus forbade them to show it.

Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel.
We are not alone. By God's grace, we find ourselves surrounded by many people, each with a different style, but through their actions we can discover the sweetness of God's love.
It is beautiful to feel loved and to feel the company, but what better than to feel it from the One who has loved us from all eternity, who accompanies us and who awaits a free response of love from us.
What a great experience it would be to be able to withdraw like the disciples, to pause and accompany Jesus, to enjoy being alone with Him in a reciprocal exchange of love. A relationship in which we can love Him, not for the great things He does, like all extraordinary miracles, not for the needs or problems we have, not just for the desires we have and dreams we want to achieve, but just because we have discovered that Jesus loves us and we want to enjoy every moment of His company. How much good it does our souls! How much peace it gives us!
Let us ask the Blessed Virgin Mary to teach us to love to be close to her Son every time.
«It is necessary to remain faithful to baptism and to grow in intimacy with the Lord through prayer, listening and docility to his word, participation in the sacraments, especially the Eucharist and reconciliation. If one is intimately united to Jesus, one benefits from the gifts of the Holy Spirit which, as St. Paul says, are ‘love, joy, peace, kindness, goodness, gentleness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, self-control’. And these are the gifts that come to us if we remain united to Jesus».

Propose a personal one. The one that involves the most love in response to the Beloved... or, if you believe that this is what God is asking of you, live what is suggested below.
