Thy Kingdom come!
Preparatory prayer (to put me in the presence of God)
Here this Lord .... I come before you... Open my heart.
Gospel of the day (to guide your meditation)
From the Holy Gospel according to St. Matthew 13:10-17
At that time his disciples came to Jesus and asked him, “Why do you speak to them in parables?” He answered them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven; but to them it has not been granted. To the one who has, more will be given and he will swim in abundance; but from the one who has little, even that little will be taken away. Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they see not, and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. In them is fulfilled that prophecy of Isaiah which says: You will hear again and again and will not understand; you will look and look again, but will not see; for these people have hardened their hearts, they have closed their eyes and stopped their ears, so that they will not see with their eyes, nor hear with their ears, nor understand with their hearts. For they do not want to be converted or to be saved by me. But blessed are you, for your eyes see and your ears hear. I tell you the truth, many prophets and many righteous men wished to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.
Word of the Lord.
Meditate on what God tells you in the Gospel
We usually say in everyday language: “God told me”, I listened to God, God showed me... God called me... Is it a metaphor, a way of saying, an image that serves only to explain...?
I turn to my memory and I find moments, circumstances... occasions where I don't know how; I don't know when... there in the depths of my consciousness, he told me, I heard, he showed me, he called me....
I found comfort, aridity; rest, vertigo...; fear, confidence, sense... I found love. It is a strange security.
It is a true gift, because there are people who see what I see... hear what I hear and live what I live, but in the end, it is as if they were different pictures. However, this gift that you wanted to give me... is definitely a design of goodness that brings a lot of responsibility.
A gift to be thankful for, where the right question is not: why... why me, but what for, Lord? What do you want me to do with all this that you give me?
Let me not close my heart to the gift of your love; let me not close my ears to your voice.
What do you want from me today, Lord...?
«Formation means being able to approach the Lord with humility and ask Him: “What is your will? What do you want from me? We know the answer, but perhaps it would do us good to remember it, and for this I propose to you the three words of the Shema with which Jesus answered the Levite: ”You shall love the Lord with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength»".
(Homily of H.H. Francis, April 1, 2017).
Dialogue with Christ
This is the most important part of your prayer, prepare yourself to talk with much love with the One who loves you.
Purpose
Propose a personal one. The one that involves the most love in response to the Beloved... or, if you believe that this is what God is asking of you, live what is suggested below.
Go to visit the Blessed Sacrament and pray, in a special way, for vocations, so that all may know how to listen to his call.
Farewell
We thank you, Lord, for all your benefits, you who live and reign forever and ever.
Amen.
Christ, our King!
Thy Kingdom come!
Most prudent Virgin, Mary, Mother of the Church.

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
