“He alone can give me the water that satiates and gives life.”
On Sunday, September 27, a Mass was held with which Juan Carlos Jimenez began the initial stage of the Regnum Christi Consecrated Laity.
This stage lasts two years and serves mainly for the member to get to know this way of life better and to discern if this is his path. At the end of these two years, Juan Carlos could make his first temporary vows.
Juan Carlos was born in Puebla, Mexico, on June 18, 1997 and is the second of three brothers. He studied at the Andes Institute. From a very young age he participated in the ECYD and in the life of Regnum Christi. He was a collaborator of the ECYD on two occasions, in North Mexico and in Dublin Oak Academy. Once he finished his high school studies he was a collaborator of Regnum Christi in Buin and Rancagua, Chile. After his year as a collaborator, he continued to be very active in the youth sections of Regnum Christi and studied two years of Psychology at the Universidad Anahuac Puebla and then one year of the same degree at the Universidad Anahuac Mexico.
Juan Carlos shares with us: “I am very happy to begin this process because, in spite of the difficulties that may arise and how hard it may be, I know that it is Jesus who is taking me by the hand and teaching me the way little by little. I am sure that only He can give me the water that satisfies and gives life. I ask for your prayers that this may be a time of true transformation of my heart to always seek His will.”
