Fernando Rincón Gallardo Elguero

He was born on May 14, 1978 in Mexico City and was consecrated on September 15, 1996. He is an Industrial Engineer and holds a master's degree in human capital development from Universidad Anáhuac México. He was formator of the Student Center of Mexico, delegate for educational centers in the territories of Monterrey and Chile and Argentina, assistant director of the Irish Institute of Monterrey, National Director of the apostolates of Regnum Christi in Brazil, Director of ECYD in Monterrey and director of the community of consecrated laity in Monterrey. Since 2013 he has been general councilor of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi, since 2018 director of the Rome community and since 2017 he has been responsible for the area of apostolates and youth sections in the Regnum Christi Life and Mission area of the General Directorate of the Regnum Christi Federation. He was elected second general councilor on February 12, 2020.
