On June 8 and 9, the first «Live the Mystery» formation day was held for members of Regnum Christi in the Territory of Mexico and Central America.
The day, which was attended by 30 members of the different vocations of Regnum Christi: consecrated, consecrated laity, legionaries of Christ and faithful associates of the youth sections, ladies and gentlemen; it was held in the new CDMX west youth section and its purpose was to define a base team in the territory, which supports to enrich and adjust the contents taught, so that they can be disseminated in all environments where Regnum Christi is present (sections, educational centers, apostolates) and facilitate the deep knowledge and assimilation of its charism in all members.
During the two days of the event, the participants reflected on the Statutes of the Regnum Christi Federation, specifically in the three essays that deepen the mysticism of Regnum Christi, which have been published by the Life and Mission area of the General Direction of Regnum Christi.
The activities revolved around three main elements: formation, witness and prayer; and there were specific moments to deepen each of them. Some of the topics taught were: «The lifestyle of the Regnum Christi member» and «The mystery of Christ in me and through me», among others. On the first day there was also a time of Eucharistic Adoration and Mass, as well as several group work sessions in which the participants were able to share their experiences in living the Charism, and make suggestions to spread it and share it with more members.
