The Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi have elected their new government for the six-year period 2020-2026. The voting took place on February 12 during the General Assembly being held in Rome. The Consecrated Laity are grateful to Jorge Lopez for the sacrificial and generous service with which he has guided them during these years as Director General, and to Alberto Garcia, who is also finishing his work in the General Government.
The new government has been formed as follows:
- General Manager: Félix Gómez Rueda, Mexican, 54 years old
- First Board Member: Cristian Názer, Chilean, 51 years old
- Second Board Member: Fernando Rincón Gallardo, Mexican, 41 years old
- Third Board Member: Guillermo Campillo, Mexican, 36 years old.
- Fourth Board Member: Javier Bendek, Chilean, 37 years old
- Fifth Board Member: Bernardo Pérez, Mexican, 48 years old
In addition, the Assembly elected the following as General Treasurer Mario Olivieri, Mexican, 56 years old.
Chief Executive Officer: Félix Gómez Rueda
Biography
Born February 9, 1966 in Madrid, Spain. From an early age he lived in Mexico City. He was consecrated on August 27, 1989. For one year he was a student at Dublin Oak Academy, and completed his high school studies at Instituto Cumbres in Mexico City. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, a master's degree in Economics and Business and Finance, a master's degree in Philosophy and a doctorate in Leadership and Management of Higher Education Institutions from the Universidad Anáhuac México. He was a member of the ECYD and a lay member of Regnum Christi. He participated in several projects such as Mexican Business Generation, Gente Nueva, Business Congresses, among others. He was territorial administrator of the territories of Mexico and Monterrey. He was an advisor to the Board of Governors of the Regnum Christi University Network. Since 2017 he has worked at the Universidad Anahuac Mexico as Vice Rector of Finance and Administration, and since 2013 he has been General Councilor of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi.

First General Counsel: Cristián Názer Astorga
Biography
He was born on August 12, 1968 in Illapel, Chile, and was consecrated on January 15, 1995. He was a collaborator of Regnum Christi during the 1993-1994 academic year in Mexico City. He is a medical doctor by profession, studied a bachelor's degree in philosophy at the Ateneo Regina Apostolorum and a master's degree in philosophy at the Universidad Anahuac Mexico. He has a specialization in bioethics from the University of Sacro Cuore in Rome. He was Secretary General of the Universidad Anahuac Mexico Campus Sur, Academic Vice Rector of the Universidad Anahuac Mexico Campus Norte, and president of the Superior Council and Academic Vice Rector of the Universidad Finis Terrae. Since March 2013, he has been the rector of said university. Since 2012 he has been general councilor of the consecrated laity of Regnum Christi, and since 2019 he has been a member of the Territorial College of Directors of the territory of Chile and Argentina.

Second General Counsel: Fernando Rincón Gallardo Elguero
Biography
He was born on May 14, 1978 in Mexico City and was consecrated on September 15, 1996. He is an Industrial Engineer and holds a master's degree in human capital development from Universidad Anáhuac México. He was formator of the Student Center of Mexico, delegate for educational centers in the territories of Monterrey and Chile and Argentina, assistant director of the Irish Institute of Monterrey, National Director of the apostolates of Regnum Christi in Brazil, Director of ECYD in Monterrey and director of the community of consecrated laity in Monterrey. Since 2013 he has been general councilor of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi, since 2018 director of the community in Rome and since 2017 he has been responsible for the area of apostolates and youth sections in the area of Life and mission of Regnum Christi of the General Directorate of the Regnum Christi Federation.

Third General Counsel: Guillermo Campillo Téllez
Biography
He was born on January 15, 1984 in Hermosillo, Mexico and was consecrated on August 15, 2004. He was a Regnum Christi collaborator in the 2003-2004 academic year at the ECYD in Mexico City. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering for Management and a Licentiate in Religious Sciences from the Universidad Anahuac Mexico. He has specialized in accompaniment, spiritual direction and vocation ministry. He was dedicated to vocational promotion in Mexico. From 2015 to date he has been territorial in charge of the ECYD in the territory of Monterrey. Since 2014 he has been territorial councilor of the Territory of Mexico and the United States.
- He is 36 years old.
Fourth General Counsel: Javier Bendek Viera
Biography
He was born on August 22, 1982 in Santiago, Chile and was consecrated on November 28, 2009. He is a civil industrial engineer and bioprocess engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and has studied philosophy at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum and theology at the Anahuac University. He worked in the youth section of Regnum Christi in Santiago de Chile, was delegate of the territorial director for the apostolate in the territory of Chile and Argentina, and worked in the central commission for the revision of the Statute and in the pastoral area of the general direction of Regnum Christi. Since 2018 he has been territorial councilor for the territory of Europe and Chile, since 2017 he has been vice rector for integral formation at Finis Terrae University and since 2018 delegate for the educational centers in the territory of Chile and Argentina.
- He is 37 years old.
Fifth General Counsel: Bernardo Pérez Esparza
Biography
He was born on November 26, 1971 in Mexico City and was consecrated on September 29, 1991. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Anáhuac México, a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the Ateneo Regina Apostolorum and a diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He was general prefect of discipline and assistant director of Dublin Oak Academy, formator of consecrated laity, director of administration and finance at the University of Mayab, has supported in the territorial administration of the territory of Mexico and at the general level, director of the youth section of Regnum Christi in Leon, youth formator in Chile, director of the formation center for consecrated laity in Mexico and director of the community of Rome and territorial manager of the program of Regnum Christi collaborators in the territories of Mexico and Monterrey. From 2012 to date he has been general councilor of the consecrated laity of Regnum Christi.

General Bursar: Mario Olivieri Sangiacomo Carrera
Biography
He was born on May 8, 1963 in Mexico City and was consecrated on October 1, 1982. He holds a degree in Administration from the Universidad Anahuac and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He worked in the territorial administration of the territory of Mexico and since 2012 has worked in the general administration of Regnum Christi. Since 2013 he has been general treasurer of the Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi.
