«There are diversities of charisms, but the same Spirit» (1 Co 12,4). Thus writes the apostle Paul to the Corinthians; and he goes on to say: «There are diversities of ministries, but the same Lord; and there are diversities of actions, but the same God» (vv. 5-6). Diversity and unitySt. Paul insists on joining two words that seem to be opposed to each other. He wants to indicate that the Holy Spirit is the unit that brings together the diversity; and that the Church was born this way: we, diverse, united by the Holy Spirit. (From Pope Francis' homily on the Solemnity of Pentecost).
Artistic and musical expressions have been very helpful during this time. Especially during the confinement, both prayer and music have played an important role both in the families and on a personal level. They have helped to manifest the inner state, the need for God and above all, the need to transmit hope.
In this context, the various vocations of Regnum Christi launched initiatives through virtual platforms and social networks. Seeing this, we saw the need to have a repository, without pretending to be the only one, but that could gather all this effort in the service of others through music.
This is how “Regnum Christi Music” was born as a a YouTube channel.
There you will find musical interpretations of legionaries of Christ, consecrated laity, consecrated members of Regnum Christi and lay people of Regnum Christi. We invite our readers to subscribe to the channel, get to know it and promote it among their loved ones.
May musical expressions help us to transmit a message of renewal. Subscribe to “Regnum Christi Music”.” here. For he who sings... prays twice.
