The Consecrated Laity of Regnum Christi are subject to the most demanding standards in the creation of safe environments, designed by the independent international agency Praesidium, specialized in child abuse prevention measures and their evaluation. Every three years it examines and certifies compliance and correct implementation of these requirements, which are updated over time.
Safe Environment Coordinators around the world
In all the countries where Regnum Christi Lay Consecrated Members are present, there is a person who coordinates the creation of safe environments, and who is the institutional listening channel for complaints and attention to victims.
Reports of cases
On March 3, 2022, the Lay Consecrated persons published their first annual report with the progress and actions taken in the field of safe environments, accreditation, training, accompaniment and response to complaints. Since then, an accountability report is published every year.
