Nearly 100% of the families of the Mano Amiga de Colombia Schools have informal jobs and require support.
In addition to the vicissitudes they encounter on a daily basis to survive, the Coronavirus has taken away their jobs, and with them their livelihoods.
For this reason, the campaign «Let's put food on their table» has been launched, which seeks to raise funds to help around 250 families in the schools of Bello and Zipaquirá to continue feeding themselves during the time that this contingency lasts.
In less than a week, more than 200 people have supported the campaign, making it possible for the first delivery of food to families to take place during Easter.
We are currently looking for channels to develop an initiative to support the families of Mano Amiga de Venezuela Schools, who are going through a similar situation.
