From September 28 to October 2, in order to update the strategic plan of the Semper Altius School Network, directors and managers of the Central Office, as well as directors of schools and Anahuac High Schools met in Amecameca, Edo. de Mexico, complying with all the sanitary measures according to the times for the safety and well-being of all.
The meeting, in addition to the directors and managers of different areas of the Central Office, school directors and Anahuac High School, was also attended by the president of the Territorial Board of Directors, Father Alberto Simán L.C., and Salvador Ortíz as moderator of these sessions.
During the days of activities, planning sessions were held to update the existing strategic lines of the Semper Altius School Network, according to new needs and opportunities.
Prior to the conference, the team had the task of analyzing information from four documents that included aspects of the market, supply, among others.
The sessions focused on externalizing their own analysis of the crucial issues to finally reach a common agreement on 7 strategic lines that will guide the steps of both the Central Office and all the schools that are part of the Semper Altius Network. Some of the topics addressed were: Introduction, background and methodology; Institutions on quality; Network - Central Office linkage; Institutions, value proposition.
The new strategic lines will be presented at the next directors' seminar in November to the management teams of the 55 schools that make up the RedPrepas Anáhuac and to the management team of the Central Office of the Semper Altius Schools Network.
